Register here to be an attendee at the APWA Chicago Metro Chapter Expo & ROADeo. This is the ONLY conference in Chicagoland focused on Public Works. This year’s annual event is being held at the Lake County Fairgrounds & Event Center in Grayslake, Illinois. Check in will be on-site at the Fairgrounds registration and will open at 7:00am each day. Daily schedule: Wednesday, May 20 (7:00am-3:30pm) & Thursday, May 21 (7:00am-3:30pm).
Registration price $65.00 per person or select the two-day rate at $120.00 per person. Early Bird registration is $55.00 for a specific day or select the two-day rate at $100.00. Breakfast, lunch and snacks are included each day. Please join us for daily education sessions and visit our 90+ exhibitors at their outdoor displays and ROADeo competitions. Early Bird Discounts available until Friday, April 24, 2026.

- Offsite Tour Information: Cost $20.00 per Person / The tour admission includes shuttle bus transport between the Expo and facility. The bus will depart the Lake County Fairgrounds at 8:00am sharp, returning at 10:00am. Attendees must travel on the bus to participate on the tour. (Limited Availability)

- Refund Policy: Cancellation of Booths, Sponsors will not be accepted due to the inclusion of names/logos on marketing materials prior to the event. Consideration for refunds for booth space may be made on a case-by-case basis and only if you send an email to: APWA Chicago Metro Expo & Conference c/o carlb@rbpro1.com with a written request and the reason you are requesting the refund. You will then be notified within five working days with the status of the refund request.
